Our fleet of Biodegradable Liquid Tankers
Developed in cooperation with Spitzer, the tanks are made of fiberglass-reinforced composite and have a capacity of 34 m3. These tanks are particularly suitable for transporting liquids in the various sectors of food, methanization, industry, etc… For loading and unloading, they are equipped with self-priming, valveless, volumetric lobe pumps. The regular rotation of the lobe pairs creates a vacuum on the suction side, determined by the direction of rotation of the drive. This vacuum draws the liquid into the pump compartment. As rotation continues, the pumped liquid is discharged through the lobes, skirting the pump wall and arriving in the discharge zone.
In addition, this lobe pump enables continuous discharge, reaching heights of up to 9 meters. They also have the advantage of being tiltable for easy unloading and cleaning. Our liquid tankers are used mainly in France and Belgium.
