Plateau
Flatbed trailers have an open body and no roof or sides. Flatbeds are used to transport heavy, oversized, wide goods that are not vulnerable to the weather, such as covered pallets, building materials or equipment. The flat body shape makes loading and unloading much easier. Cargo is secured with straps for safe movement.
