Our fleet of Silo Hoppers
Our bulk unloaders have capacities of 39 m³. These trailers are particularly suitable for powdered construction materials such as cement, lime, filler, chalk, fly ash, anhydrite, etc. Trailers are loaded by opening one or more doors at the top of the bulk truck. At the top, all trailers are equipped with a guardrail that can be folded away. The safety of people on top of the bulk during loading must be guaranteed as far as possible.
Unloading is carried out using air pressure from the truck’s compressor, allowing the product to flow through several hoppers at the bottom of the trailer to the outlet at the rear, before being blown into a silo. Since construction products often have a high specific weight, a trailer with a relatively small capacity may suffice. This keeps the dead weight of these trailers as low as possible. In addition, wherever possible, all transport equipment is made of high-quality aluminum, which also helps to reduce the weight of a tractor-trailer combination, so that we can transport as many products as possible for our customers, and get the best possible price.
Our company pays great attention to loading and unloading safety. Our tilt trailers for bulk products are mainly used in Belgium and France.
