Our fleet of Silo Tippers
Our tipping tank trailers are used for bulk products and have capacities ranging from 52 m³ to 60 m³. These trailers are suitable for all dry, powdered and granular substances. We can also transport all your GMP products, in powder or granulated form.
Trailers are loaded by opening one or more doors at the top of the bulk truck. At the top, all trailers are equipped with a guardrail that can be folded away. The safety of people on top of the load must be guaranteed as far as possible.
Unloading is carried out by tilting the semi-trailer so that the product enters the hopper at the rear, and using a compressor to pressurize it so that the product is “liquefied” with air and can then be blown into a silo.
All our transport equipment is made of high-quality aluminum, to keep the net weight of a tractor-trailer unit as low as possible, to transport as many products as possible for our customers, and to obtain the most favorable rates possible.
Our company pays great attention to loading and unloading safety. Our tilt trailers for bulk products are mainly used in Belgium and France.
